
Fund for St. Helena grants
City Fund grants support projects that benefit the citizens of American Canyon, Calistoga and St. Helena. Grants from the Fund for St. Helena provide resources for nonprofits in St. Helena and the surrounding area.
Eligibility
Projects or programs receiving grants from this fund must serve teens and young adults ages 11 to 24 years old who reside in the St. Helena region, and must help these youth succeed in school, the workplace, or as citizens or leaders. Applications from 501(c)3 public charities, public agencies (city or county government) or educational institutions (public or private schools) only will be accepted. Applications from programs/projects with a fiscal agent that is a 501(c)(3) public charity also will be accepted, provided that a letter of support is included from the fiscal agent.
Not eligible:
- Capital campaigns
- Fundraisers or fundraising events
- Scholarships or other re-granting programs
- Grants to individuals
- Private non-operating foundations

The fund is open for applications once during the calendar year. The fund’s local Advisory Committee reviews applications and makes recommendations to our Board of Directors.
